Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jibdt ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who uses this website ("you", "user"). By registering on jibdt, creating an account, or accessing any part of the site, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services on jibdt — including online casino games, slots, sports betting, live dealer games, fishing games, crash games, and all other gaming categories. The Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms are also considered an integral part of these Terms.

1.2 Age Eligibility

If underage use is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration & Management

2.1 Account Creation

To create an account on jibdt, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and the balances in them may be forfeited.

If any information provided at account creation changes, you are required to notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Transferring or sharing account details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team without delay.

2.3 KYC Verification

As part of the identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) process, jibdt may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Verification may need to be completed before withdrawals are processed. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in restrictions on account activity.

2.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. jibdt also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on jibdt:

• bKash — Mobile Financial Service
• Nagad — Mobile Financial Service
• Rocket — Mobile Financial Service
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

No payment methods other than these are accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Additional time may be required if verification is pending.

3.4 Fund Usage Obligation

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the jibdt platform. Using this platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and may be subject to criminal action.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jibdt offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳26,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳41,000

The bonus amount will not exceed ৳15,000 under any circumstances.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are not convertible to cash — they may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• The bonus validity period is limited to the time set by jibdt.
• jibdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If abuse or manipulation of bonus terms is found, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.4 Cashback & VIP Rewards

jibdt runs a four-tier VIP program for regular players. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Players can be promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and participation on the platform.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

jibdt is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely independent and unpredictable. All data is secured using SSL encryption.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to play games
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system for personal gain
• Colluding or conspiring with other players
• Providing false or fraudulent information
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device
• Exploiting or abusing loopholes in bonus terms

Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a technical issue, server outage, or software error affects the outcome of a game, jibdt reserves the right to void that round or transaction. Where applicable, the bet amount will be refunded in such situations.

5.4 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, all markets and odds are subject to change. No bets will be accepted after an event has started. If a result is disputed or an event is cancelled, jibdt will void the relevant bet and refund the amount, or settle it according to standard rules.

10.2 Governing Law

Applicable law and jurisdiction will govern the resolution of any dispute or matter arising from these Terms. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If discussion does not resolve the matter, further steps will be taken.

10.3 Severability

If any particular clause of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable for any reason, all remaining clauses will continue to remain in effect.
